Luxury rental complex sells for $12.3M; other Tucson real estate news

A recently constructed 85-unit luxury rental community on the north side of East Tanque Verde Road where it merges with Wrightstown Road on the northeast side has sold for $12.3 million.

The development, Aerie at Tanque Verde, 2495 N. Desert Links Drive, was purchased by Tanque Verde Holdings LLC, Santa Barbara, Calif., as part of a 1031 exchange. MEB Management Services will continue to manage and lease the facility, which will retain its name, Aerie at Tanque Verde.

The seller is Alta Vista Communities, a joint venture of Roger Karber’s Karber Holdings and Garry Brav’s Brav Holding Company.
