God Bless Janie – she really made an impact
Janie C. Thom, 72, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away Thursday, July 25, 2013 peacefully in her sleep. Mrs. Thom was a former Mesa City Council member and a 3rd generation Arizona native. Janie was born to Eugene and Adelaide Flint in Phoenix, Arizona, in 1941. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Dick, daughter Patricia and son Rick. A visitation is scheduled Tuesday, July 30th from 5-8 p.m. at Mountain View Funeral Home Chapel, 7900 East Main Street, Mesa, AZ. The funeral will be at 10:00 am Wednesday July 31, 2013 also at Mountain View Funeral Home Chapel (480-832-2850).
