Phoenix City Council candidates Q&A: What’s the first proposal you would make?

The Arizona Republic

The Republic will regularly ask Phoenix City Council candidates to share their thoughts on an issue that could affect residents.

The primary election will be held Aug.27. If no candidate receives more than 50 percent of the vote, there will be a runoff.
