Shea Homes is loading up on a much needed active adult lot supply addition in the Northwest Valley. The new community, Trilogy West, will be built out over 4 phases and in total will give Shea approximately 1k more lots to continue its Trilogy operation within the Vistancia MPC in North Peoria.
