Consumer office to discuss deregulating Arizona electric markets

The Residential Utility Consumer Office is going to take up deregulating Arizona’s electric generation industry next week, and it’s likely going to be a lively discussion.

RUCO is the group tasked with gathering up stakeholders and making recommendations to the Arizona Corporation Commission on issues affecting ratepayers.
