Industrial deals in Maricopa, Glendale

What: Land lease of 37.2 acres in Maricopa that includes two buildings totaling 6,000 square feet

Where: Near Ralston Road and State Route 238, and the Union Pacific railroad

Lessee: Arc Steel Investments LLC

Lessor: Heartland Financial USA Inc.

Details: Arc Steel, a steel fabrication company, is relocating from Gilbert to the Maricopa property, which is bank-owned and previouslywas a wall and truss plant, according to a statement from Cassidy Turley’s Phoenix office. Cassidy Turley said it will continue to market the land for sale on behalf of Heartland.
