Strolling along the barren walkways of Park Central Mall, it’s hard to imagine when it was a premier Arizona shopping destination.
The mix of vacant spaces, data centers, heath care facilities and a few eateries are a sign of numerous renovations over the years — and what some call a loss of any sense of identity.
