Renowned Hidden Meadow Ranch Near Greer ‘Privatizing’

(GREER, Ariz.) Capitalizing on the recovering Arizona real estate market, a top luxury guest ranch in the White Mountains near Greer, Arizona is borrowing a page from Dell Computer’s Michael Dell and going private.

hidden meadow ranchTim and Casey Bolinger, owners of Hidden Meadow Ranch, announced that the property will transition as of August 18th to an exclusive ranch residential community.

“Since developing Hidden Meadow Ranch 11 years ago, the overnight lodging component has been a showcase for our incredible real estate,” said Owner Tim Bolinger.  “Now that the real estate recession is yielding to recovery and after hosting thousands of guests since we opened the ranch, we believe now is the time to realize the real estate opportunity that is at the heart of Hidden Meadow Ranch,” he said.

Bolinger said the property will now focus on vacation home real estate with amenities like fishing, hiking, winter sports and horseback riding.  “Think of a smaller scale Forest Highlands with horseback riding, fly fishing, archery and great snow skiing instead of golf,” said Bolinger.

“Hidden Meadow Ranch offers its residential owners the chance to experience all four seasons including fall’s changing of the aspen leaves, nearby winter skiing with high-speed quad lifts at Sunrise Resort, spring flowers in bloom and cool summers at 8,500 feet – all within easy reach from the Arizona deserts,” Casey Bolinger said.

The couple said select special events will still be considered for the property.

Hidden Meadow Ranch will offer a range of vacation home opportunities on its beautiful site, a homestead dating back to 1916 that occupies the floor of a mountain valley and is surrounded by national forest. Lodge Cabins are being redesigned for full-time living, large lots remain and stunning log vacation homes will become the way to experience the Ranch not just for an overnight or two, but for many nights as an owner.  Opportunities for ownership include:

Charter Lots, one-acre lots that border either the national forest land or the Meadow Preserve for custom log homes.

Club Cabins, offering 1/6th deeded interests in a fully furnished and professionally managed luxurious log home.

Ranch Cabins, semi-custom log homes ranging from 2,500 – 3,000 square feet built to order.

Lodge Cabins, the small log cabins that Lodge guests the world over have enjoyed for a decade.   Each of these 12 cabins will be remodeled to include kitchens, and another six lots are available to build similarly sized cabins.

General Manager Jane Lenci, who has been with Hidden Meadow Ranch for 10 years, will lead the transition on site, and a number of the Lodge’s staff members will lead activities, care for the Ranch horses and provide services for the homeowners.

“We thank all those who have created wonderful memories at The Lodge at Hidden Meadow Ranch over the past 11 years.  We look forward to welcoming many of our Lodge guests back as residential owners, creating new memories with those we won’t have to say goodbye to quite so often,” Lenci said.

Lenci said guests and events booked for stays after August 18th will be notified and all deposits will be refunded.  Offers will be made to re-book them at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain, which the Bolingers co-developed.

More information about enjoying the Hidden Meadow Ranch lifestyle through ownership will soon be available.  In the meantime, interested parties may contact Jane Lenci at jlenci@hiddenmeadow.com  or 866.333.4080 to be added to a waiting list for any of the residential offerings.
