• Legacy Property Management LLC of Anaheim, Calif., bought commercial property at 3194 and 3196 N. Swan Road from NFB Investors LLC. The sale price was $9.5 million, cash.

• Northlight Trust I of New York bought 70 parcels in Saguaro Ranch for $8 million, cash. The seller was KFI/AAF SR Holdings LLC of Englewood Cliffs, N.J.

• Global Solar Energy Inc. sold commercial property at 8500 S. Kolb Road to Mithril Real Property Inc. The sale price was $7.2 million, cash.

• DG Pantano and Escalante LLC of Salt Lake City bought commercial property at 3751 S. Pantano Road for $1.7 million. The seller was DCM Development Co. LLC.

• Community Behavioral Health Properties of Southern Arizona bought commercial property at 4601 E. Broadway for $1.7 million. The seller was Sam Third LLC.

• Asian Institute of Medical Studies Inc. bought commercial property at 2856 E. Fort Lowell Road for $900,000. The sellers were Donald T. Pierce and Karen L. Pierce of St. Augustine, Fla.

• NKJ Investments LLC and Gregory L. Yule of Lakeside, Calif., bought commercial property at 450 W. Kelso St. for $780,000, cash. The seller was Bernard Berk Trust and Cook Family Trust of Pasadena, Calif.
