Vistancia welcoming several new builders

vistanciaSunbelt Holdings should be very pleased with its recent builder additions to its Vistancia master planned community. Vistancia currently has six active builders including: Shea Homes, T.W. Lewis by David Weekly, Taylor Morrison, K. Hovnanian and Meritage. This number will soon jump as builders that bought lots within the last year come to the market.  The five new builders will include: Mattamy, Gehan, Woodside, Ryland and, the newest addition, Toll Brothers (closed 7/29/2013).
