Ashton Woods closes on Collins Creek in North Phoenix

Ashton Woods Homes closed on 60 platted and engineered lots on August 30, 2013. According to public record, the purchase price was $3,302,916 ($55,049 / P&E lot and $1,165 / weighted average front foot). Located on the Southwest corner of Dixileta and North Valley Parkway, this purchase included (33) 45’ wide lots and (27) 50’ wide lots. The preliminary site plan was approved on April 23, 2013 and the site is on the City Council’s agenda for final plat approval on September 4, 2013.
