Commissioner Judy Lowe of the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) announces the appointment of two assistant commissioner positions

Carla Randolph, who has served ADRE for over 25 years, most recently as Education Manager and Interim Licensing Manager, is appointed as ADRE’s Assistant Commissioner Licensing/ Education/ Development Services. She will continue in her role as Education Manager and will also oversee the Licensing and Development Services Divisions.

Louis Dettorre, who has served as the ADRE Legislative Liaison, and who recently has taken on such roles as Recovery Fund Administrator and assisting with the Department’s FY2015 budget request, is appointed as ADRE’s Assistant Commissioner Operations. He will continue to serve as the ADRE Legislative Liaison, as well as, overseeing the Business Services Division and will collaborate with Sarah Dobbins, ADRE Chief of Staff, in oversight of the Department’s daily operations.

Mike Wheeler will continue to serve as Assistant Commissioner Regulatory Affairs. We thank Mike for his leadership!
