Courtland Communities has submitted an application and was heard by the Peoria Planning and Zoning Commission last night on a 20 acre PAD in Peoria that they are amending to reduce the lot size from 35,000 SF minimum to 8,000 SF. This change will allow them to put 54 lots on the property which is west of the southwest corner of Lake Pleasant Parkway and Jomax Road.
The properties immediately adjacent to this site are all significantly larger lots, but just to the north are multiple subdivisions with similar sized lots.
