Casa Grande Dispatch
In the past two days, the Dispatch has reported details about the coming of PhoenixMart. This came in the form of an interview with Steve Betts, CEO of the huge commercial complex planned on the city’s east end, and a report of remarks that Betts and AZ Sourcing President Jeremy Schoenfelder made to the Greater Casa Grande Chamber of Commerce.
The 1.7-million-square-foot project, after being announced in 2011, first was low key and difficult for people to understand. Now, however, Betts has been making the rounds, answering questions and creating awareness.
Some folks still may be skeptical, but a planned groundbreaking next month will make PhoenixMart tangible.
