After foreclosure on Arizona Construction Association HQ, lender wants more

Less than two months after foreclosing on the Arizona Construction Association’s headquarters in midtown Phoenix this spring, the lender now is trying to recoup the remainder of its losses in a nearly $500,000 court battle against the trade association.
