Former Surprise city attorney takes same post in Glendale; Congrats Michael

After seven years as the chief legal officer for the city of Surprise, Michael Bailey is returning to the city of Glendale.

The Glendale City Council appointed Michael Bailey the new city attorney, city officials announced Tuesday, Sept. 3. Bailey officially starts his new position Wednesday, Sept. 4.

Bailey previously served as the assistant city attorney for Glendale for five years.

He is returning to the city of Glendale following seven years as the lead attorney for the city of Surprise.
