Huge San Tan lot purchase

san tan Paradigm Private Equity Holdings (Steve La Terra, Bill Southworth), Brookfield Residential (John Bradley, Bob Kammerle), and Rose Law Group client, Lifestyle Homes (Lance Keller) acquired 694 undeveloped lots within San Tan Heights from Matt Werner of Vista Land on Wednesday, September 25.  The purchase price of the lots was $15 million.  The new owners plan to sell the first 45’, 50’, 55’ and 60’ wide lots to homebuilders in late 2013/early 2014.  The balance will be offered in early 2015.  Development activity is expected immediately following the first builder acquisitions, which would place the first home sales in the 2015 spring selling season.  Dan Baldwin and Ryan Duncan of Nathan and Associates are marketing the lots on behalf of the new joint venture owners.  For additional information on Paradigm Private Equity Holdings, contact Steve La Terra, steve@paradigm-peh.com.
