Belleview at McCormick Ranch LLP of Scottsdale sold Monaco North, a 112-unit multi­family property at 8250 N. Via Paseo Del Norte in Scottsdale, for $12.7 million to Portofino at McCormick LLC of Michigan. David Fogler and Steven Nicoluzakis of Cassidy Turley Arizona’s multifamily investment group represented the buyer. The seller of this apartment community on 6.9 acres was self-represented.

Major deals

Holualoa Cos. of Tucson sold Baseline Interstate , a 136,683­square-foot industrial warehouse/ office property at 4707 E. Baseline Road in Phoenix, to

Dalfen America Corp ., dba Mazal TOV Realty LPL of Westmount, Quebec, for $7.5 million.

Bob Buckley , Tracy Cartledge and Steve Lindley of Cassidy Turley’s capital markets group represented the buyer. CBRE represented the seller.

RND1 LLC of Irvine, Calif., sold Amber Ridge at 3802 N. 27th St. in Phoenix to UP 27th Street LLC of Irvine for $5.5 million. The transaction of this 138­unit apartment community was negotiated by Mark Forrester , Ric Holway and Daniel Cheyne of Hendricks-Berkadia in Phoenix.

Howard Kale sold nine homes and 12 finished lots within

The Preserve subdivision at 19226 N. Cave Creek Road in Phoenix to LCP Equity Partners of Sacramento for $2.19 million. Principal Mark Panattoni plans to complete construction on the 12 finished lots within the next six to eight months. The transaction was negotiated by Cashen Realty Advisors Inc. of Phoenix.

Peckham Inc. of Lansing, Mich., signed a five-year lease for 40,000 square feet within

Metro North Corporate Park at 13450 N. Black Canyon Highway in Phoenix with CMB III LLC of Phoenix. The lease was negotiated by Cashen Realty Advisors Inc. of Phoenix. Peckham Inc., a non-profit vocational rehabilitation organization, provides job-training opportunities for people with significant dis­abilities and other barriers to employment. The company plans to initially employ 100 people and eventually 250 people within the facility.

The Weitz Co. Arizona signed a lease for a 10,500­square-foot space at Park One at 2111 E. Highland Ave. in Phoenix with McCarthy Cook of Costa Mesa, Calif. Justin Himelstein and Jason France with Cassidy Turley’s office tenant representation group represented the tenant. Brett Abramson with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord.
