Project Rising is a nonprofit urban infill accelerator approaching development from a very interesting angle. The infill accelerator will incubate successful applicants to the program providing mentorship and other resources to produce bankable plans for preselected properties that will be presented to investors and developers for adoption. Project Rising is taking advantage of partnerships with developers, property owners, and the public sector to make sure these are viable projects that will benefit the community.
