Despite a slowed economy, signs of improvement are starting to emerge locally, such as a recent recommendation for approval from the Eloy Planning and Zoning Commission for the construction of 80 new homes.
Robson Ranch has been in the throes of building an entirely new type of home – the “lock and leave” townhomes. And according to Robson representatives, sales and interest for these new homes in Robson have been taking off.
“Sales are picking up in Eloy, there is no question,” Steve Soriano, Sr. Financial Officer for Robson Ranch said. “We were very successful in our first run, and we are down to seven remaining lots in the first phase.”
