Ryland Homes buys Mesa land for $5M, will build 145 luxury homes

Ryland Homes, a publicly-traded home builder based in California, has paid $3.32 million for the first of two vacant land parcels in Mesa where it will eventually erect a 145-luxury home community, according to a statement Monday from Cassidy Turley.
