$38M apartment complex announced by Wood Partners for Scottsdale

Alta Scottsdale will replace Rural Metro Center in Scottsdale

Wood Partners expect to complete a $38M luxury apartment complex near downtown Scottsdale by summer 2015.

It will open for pre-leasing in November 2014, with rents about 30 percent lower than high-end apartments in downtown Scottsdale, reports AZRE.
