U.S. Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., is considering a third run for president in 2016.
McCain, 77, told KFYI-AM 550 in Phoenix this morning that he is pondering another White House run.
The story has been picked up nationally by Politico, The New York Times and others.
He has been one of the top proponents of business-backed immigration reforms, including more foreign worker visas.
McCain lost to George W. Bush in the 2000 Republican presidential primaries and lost to Barack Obama in the 2008 general election.
