Lower vacancies, stalled rents reported for Phoenix office space

Phoenix office vacancies are down slightly, rents are the same and absorption rates are dropping, according to Jones Lang LaSalle’s third-quarter Valley stats. The local office recovery, while sluggish, is being driven by demand for Class A space from big corporate users, the report said.
