The Paradise Valley Planning Commission continues to dissect a redevelopment plan proposed at the Scottsdale Cottonwoods Resort & Suites as density, parking and traffic concerns continue to permeate.
While the commission is expected to render a recommendation vote no later than Wednesday, Oct. 16, town officials say the issues yet to be worked through may lengthen that timeline set by Paradise Valley Town Council last June.
“It is likely staff will be recommending a continuance,” said Paradise Valley Senior Planner Molly Hood at the Oct. 1 planning commission work session.
A final site plan and narrative of the project was filed with the Town of Paradise Valley April 17 by WSRH Cottonwoods LLC and WSRH Scottsdale Land LLC, revising its Sept. 7, 2012 Special-Use Permit application.
