Raises for city employees back before Prescott council

A decision on employee raises – deferred by the Prescott City Council this past June – is expected to be up for a possible vote this week.

Although the matter was not on the original agenda that the city posted on its website on Thursday, City Manager Craig McConnell said Friday that he expected the city to amend the agenda today to include the employee compensation package.

The memo information was not ready last week, he said, and the city opted to wait to put the item on the agenda until all of the information was available.
