10. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) vs. Los Angeles Dodgers Baseball Organization. EPA alleges Dodger players violated the Clean Water Act by jumping into the swimming pool at Chase Field.

9. Japan et al versus Rep. John Boehner and Barack Obama. Nation and various businesses seek damages for cancellation of Grand Canyon tourism.

8. Southwest Airlines vs. Phillips’. The airline seeks cease and desist order against the drug company for alleged harassment of its passengers by the Colon Health Lady asking them personal questions about gas and bloating.

7. Arizona State University (ASU) Athletic Department vs. University of Notre Dame. Plaintiff alleges Notre Dame football team employed 12th player, Jesus Christ, in win over Sun Devils.

6. Kenneth Bennett vs. Draft Bennett. Bennett seeks damages for being elected to the Arizona Corporation Commission after he announced for governor.

5. Defenders of Wildlife (DWL) vs. Tell Utilities Solar Won’t Be Killed (TUSK). Plaintiff appeals Federal Court decision that rejected DWL allegations TUSK violated copyright law by using elephant and word “tusk” on logo.

4. Andy Tobin, Andy Biggs, et al vs. The Arizona Republic. Arizona Legislature seeks cease and desist order and libel damages from state’s largest newspaper for

describing the Legislature as the “kookacracy.”

3. Starbucks, McDonald’s vs. The Arizona Republic. Plaintiffs seek compensation for community reporters using said facilities as offices.

2 Nancy Grace vs. Jodi Arias. Grace alleges libel and defamation of character resulting from an interview in which Arias called the plaintiff a “#($W@$*  &^   #(*%”

1. City of Scottsdale vs. Town of Cave Creek. Defamation case resulting from Cave Creek being named “Most Western Town.”
