Ryland closes on another prime infill site

Ryland Homes continues its buying spree with another infill acquisition. According to public record (click here to view the affidavit), Ryland closed on 27 – 55’x110’ preplat lots on October 22, 2013 for $1,435,029 ($53,149 per lot / $966 per front foot). The community, White Fence Estates, is located east of the SEC of Cooper Rd and Warner Rd in Gilbert. The preliminary plat for the site was just approved by the Gilbert P&Z Commission at its October 2, 2013 meeting (click here to view the Planning Commission staff report). Case planner for the subdivision is Maria Cadavid, senior planner with the City of Gilbert.
