According to Public Record, Wilson Parker Homes (Shawn Tokanel, President and COO) closed on 55 lots in the Bella Casa Manor Subdivision. The transaction closed on October 4, 2013 for $2,420,000 ($44,000 per finished lot, $800 per finished front foot. View affidavit here). The seller in the transaction was BC Phoenix Partnership LLP. It purchased the 55’x110’ lots in November of 2009 from Heritage Bank for $1,155,000. (View affidavit here)

Wilson Parker currently has 3 active communities in the Phoenix Area. Two of these are located in the West Valley (Saratoga Springs and Rogers Ranch) and another recently opened in Apache Junction (Villagio).
