APS, solar advocates battle for net metering before ACC

The Arizona Corporation Commission heard comments all day today about the state’s solar net-metering issue, with dueling opinions on a policy that has become deeply political. At least two members of the commission have filed amendments to the case, which could mean it won’t be fully decided this week.
