LGI Homes opens its doors in Tucson at Caddis Haley

During Belfiore Real Estate Consulting’s most recent visit to Tucson, LGI Homes had a soft opening in Star Valley, which is located in Belfiore’s South Tucson submarket. The name of the subdivision is Caddis Haley. LGI does not provide base prices, but the spec homes range from $159,900 to $198,900 and range from 1,450 sf. – 2,555 sf. Caddis Haley is also home to DR Horton. DR Horton reported 7 sales since Belfiore’s last survey on September 18, 2013.  DR Horton has plans that range from 1,310 sf. – 2,596 sf. and base prices that range from $131,900 – $167,900.
