According to public record, Rose Law Group client, Mattamy Homes, recently purchased 86 – 45’ x 105’ partially developed lots in Belfiore Real Estate Consulting’s South Peoria Submarket. The deal closed on November 21, 2013 for $1,300,000 ($15,166 / Partial Lot, $336 / Partial Front Foot – view affidavit here). The name of the subdivision is Grand Manor and is located East of 91st Ave on Grand Ave.
Mattamy is also developing another site nearby named Crosspointe in South Peoria. This site is located 2 miles south of the Grand Manor subdivision on 91st Ave. It has 99 – 60’ x 120’ lots and 65 – 65’ x 125’ lots. On Belfiore’s last site visit to Crosspointe, the site had been mass graded and trenching had begun for underground utilities.
