PhoenixMart breaks ground for massive global center (Video)

Master-planned business servicing and logistics center PhoenixMart broke ground today, moving forward on its multimillion-square-foot facility proponents project will create nearly 10,000 jobs.

While PhoenixMart is headquartered in Scottsdale, the 585-acre, 1.7 million-square-foot project will be built in the middle of the Sun Corridor in Casa Grande. It will be similar to other global business centers. PhoenixMart is believed to be one of the largest such projects in the U.S.
