• E & S Irving, LLC, purchased 83,307 square feet of land at 2171 W. River Road in Tucson, from Circle K Stores for $300,000. Rob Tomlinson, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller and David Lee represented the buyer in this transaction.
