Steve Pauken will be calling Winslow home 60 days from now as he steps into the city manager job in the historic, high-desert town of 10,000 people.
Dave Coolidge, with Winslow Human Resources, said that the city council approved a contract with Pauken Tuesday afternoon.
Pauken has been with Bisbee since January, 2006, and has been looking for a new position with new challenges. He was almost hired as the Benson city manager, but negotiations broke down, and he withdrew.
