Councilman’s wife among new candidates for Scottsdale City Council

Jennifer Petersen, a former Scottsdale Unified School District governing board president, has formed a committee to run for Scottsdale City Council in 2014.

In addition, Kathy Littlefield, wife of Councilman Bob Littlefield, announced her intention to seek one of three seats opening on the City Council.

Kathy Littlefield told The Republic she planned to file papers forming a candidate’s campaign committee this week.

Though the primary election is still eight months away, the slate of challengers is growing.
