Sometime between unwrapping Christmas gifts and ringing in the New Year, Carolyn Corcoran and her partner, Melanie Calvert, will be among the first to move into Eastmark in Mesa. Their new six-bedroom, 4,300-square-foot home is nearly two-thirds bigger than the one they live in now. It will allow them to accommodate a new addition to the household, Calvert’s mother, along with their two teenage daughters, one of who plans to live there through college.
