Glendale reviews use of sporting venue suites

During a workshop meeting Dec. 3, city council received information about the use of the city suite at Jobing.com Arena and Camelback Ranch-Glendale at the request of Vice Mayor Yvonne Knaack.

Knaack wants the public to know that while the city has a suite at both sports facilities; elected officials don’t have tickets to suites at either Jobing.com Arena or Camelback Ranch.

The city has a policy for using those suites, and they keep detailed records as to who or what organization uses the suites. Knaack asked for the presentation about use of the suites because she was concerned about the public’s perception of the suites.
