Lyle Anderson Company’s Sierra Reserve opens for sale and Camelot Homes pre-selling at Bocara

During a recent survey in North Scottsdale, Camelot Homes opened its newest subdivision at Bocara. Located near the Southeast corner of Scottsdale Road and Happy Valley Road, the site contains 50 – 80’ x 140’ lots. The homes range in base price from $694,900 – $734,900 and range from 3,106 – 3,743 SF. The builder started pre-sales in November and reported 8 sales since opening. It has also been reported that the builder is limiting sales to 4 per month. Sales are currently being taken out of Camelot’s Subdivision Camelot Reserve, located near Hayden and McDonald.
During Belfiore’s most recent survey to its North Scottsdale Submarket, Sierra Reserve had opened for sale after receiving its public report on November 25, 2013. This site is located North of Rio Verde Drive and 122nd Street According to Richard York, the designated broker for the project, they will start writing contracts at the end of January 2014. The prices range from $1,600,000 to $2,750,000 and the homes range in size from 3,091 to 5,553 SF.
The site is currently under development. Reservations are being taken in a design center at the entrance to the site.
