Paradise Valley homeowners who live on and around the JW Marriott Camelback Inn’s Ambiente Golf Course say they believe the newly remodeled golf course falls short of perceived expectations.
So much so they have commissioned a lengthy survey of resident opinions, compiled a 13-page letter pointing out what they believe to be infractions of approved special-use guidelines and are now seeking an audience with Paradise Valley Town Council.
The relocated cart paths and vegetation surrounding the newly remodeled golf course concern nearby homeowners. Concerns involve the unlimited access from pedestrians and the wildlife ecosystem supported by the new greens.
