If the activity at Del Webb Sun City at Anthem is any indication, home sales are making a comeback.
Rebecca Lundberg, vice president of sales for Pulte Group, said new homes in the Anthem development are priced between $168,990 and around $250,000.
“Our homes create great value in the community and we’re having the best year we’ve had in sales since 2009,” Lundberg said. “We believe it’s largely due to our consumer-inspired process with our model homes. We solicited feedback from our customers on how we could improve them to meet their needs and wants.”
