Ryland Homes closes on South Phoenix site

Ryland Homes continues to be one of the most active land buyers in the Phoenix Market. Ryland closed on a site yesterday located south of the southeast corner of Baseline Rd and 7th Street. The site is preliminary platted for 119 – 45’x110’ lots. The preliminary plat was approved by the City of Phoenix back on May 20, 2013. The transaction (click here to view the affidavit) closed December 4, 2013 for $2,700,000 ($22,689 per lot / $504 per front foot).
