Apartment Sector approaching critical point

Concerns are growing that the metro Phoenix’s apartment market is becoming over saturated. The issue was highlighted in Arizona State University’s Broker’s Forum Report last week, a new quarterly commercial real estate report that recaps a roundtable discussion of local anonymous industry professionals hosted by the W.P. Carey School of Business.
