Rose Law Group client Blanford Homes buys Mesa parcel

Cassidy Turley announced that Phoenix-based Blandford Homes purchased ±19.3 acres in Mesa, west of the SWC of Greenfield and McDowell roads. Through its McDowell Citrus 100, LLC, Blandford Homes purchased the land for $3.2M from Horlacher Foundation, Inc. (Mesa). Brent Moser, Mike Sutton and Brooks Griffith with Cassidy Turley Arizona’s Land Group negotiated the transaction on behalf of the buyer and seller.
