Camelot Homes closes on preliminary platted lots in Mesa

According to public record, Camelot Homes closed on 20 – 90’x135’ preliminary platted lots on December 30, 2013 for $1,300,000 ($65,000 per lot / $722 per front foot). The subdivision, named Sossaman and McKellips on entitlement documents, received preliminary plat approval by the Mesa Planning and Zoning Commission at its November 20, 2013 meeting. The site is located within Belfiore Real Estate Consulting’s Northeast Mesa submarket at the northeast corner of 76th Street and McKellips Road.
