Cave Creek streamlines municipal operations

A wide range of measures to improve government efficiency has been passed by the Cave Creek Town Council in the last six months.

And the town is starting to see results.

The council has approved at least eight items all intended to make town government run smoother and save money. They range from offering discounts to utility customers who sign up for electronic bill pay to combining the Municipal Court with neighboring Carefree.

In August, The council unanimously approved a resolution to commit to more government efficiency.
