[EDITORIAL] Casa Grande commerce center could attract national companies

A major plan for development near Casa Grande Mountain, on the southeast corner of Casa Grande, began working its way through the Planning and Zoning Commission early this month. Contemplated for decades, it is seen as a major residential and commercial gem attracting national companies looking for freeway exposure.

Regional Gateway Commerce Center would be built in three phases, with timing based on demand. When that happens, it will be a welcome addition. The Casa Grande Mountain Ranch housing portion is bound to be a very attractive site as well.
