Housing market recovery varies for new, used homes

So the housing market has improved, but is by no means back on track. Why?

That’s what RL Brown Reports set out to answer during its conference call last week, “Road Map To ‘Real Recovery’ in Metro Phoenix Housing.” In some ways, the market has recovered because overall sales activity — meaning combined numbers from new and existing homes — is more in line with historical, pre-bubble numbers, said R.L. Brown, CEO of RL Brown Reports.
