Keystone Homes closes on lots in Carefree

According to public record, Keystone Homes closed on 24 condo units on December 20, 2013 for $2,072,000 ($86,333 per lot).  This site, called Granada Villas, is located on the Northeast corner of Cave Creek Road and Carefree Drive.

There is only one active builder in the Town of Carefree currently. Toll Brothers opened a subdivision less than a mile east called Reserve at Tranquil Trails.  During Belfiore’s most recent visit in December, Toll Brothers had just opened its doors for a product ranging in size from 2,889 – 4,898 sf and prices ranging from $554,995 – $734,995.
