According to public record, Maracay closed on these 39 P&E lots on December 13, 2012 for $2,750,000 ($70,513 per P&E Lot / $1,007 per P&E front foot). Located near Sabino Canyon Road and River Road, Maracay is offering floor plans ranging in size from 2,476 – 4,152 sf and price from $410,000 – $496,000. Since opening earlier this month, 6 sales were reported as well as 2 price increases.
